My name is Shraddha Pawar aged 35. I was introduced to join Dr. Howard’s Way Diet by one of my close friend. After all the enjoyment, I realized that I have gained too much weight unknowingly. I couldn’t have believed how much difficult the road would be for losing all what I had gained.
I thought, a gym membership, personal trainer & diet would help me lose weight. However, I soon realized I was not enjoying the process & I gave up on the gym.
I started my weight loss journey at Dr. Howard’s Way Diet in October 2018 and finished the program in January 2019. I was surprised as I was down by 20kgs in just 4 months!!!
The best thing is to learn your own body. It’s all a learning process. It seemed extremely difficult how to go ahead, however my consultant Miss Priti at Dr. Howard’s Way Diet made it easy for me. They boosted my confidence level which kept me going on my weight loss journey.

I am in Phase 3 now and trying to maintain my weight, learning to keep the weight off!!! This system really help us out to understand our body and give us a knowledge to maintain our weight throughout our life.
