I lost weight with Dr. Howard’s Way losing 20kg in just 12 weeks. I now feel so much lighter, healthier and confident, I’m now more motivated to eat healthier and this programme really does teach you to keep of the weight and with my dance choreography sessions its so much easier.

I’m surprised at how good it felt to be on the programme because I thought I would look ill as most people on a low calorie regime seem to.
