Due to hectic schedules and late nights, some of our fashion designers are unable to manage their eating patterns and timings which led to inappropriate intake of food e.g., junk, deep fried foods etc as it was quick and convenient. This all led to an increase in their weight over time and was highly demotivating without the help they needed.
